How Bøler Tannhelseklinikk AS processes personal data on this website.
What information we collect
When you book an appointment through the website, we register your name, email address, phone number, requested treatment type and time, and any messages you send us. Please do not share sensitive health information in the message field. We prefer to take that in person at the clinic.
What the information is used for
The information is used solely to administer your appointment: confirming, changing or cancelling appointments, and communicating with you about the request. The legal basis is contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use the information for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties for their purposes.
Where the information is stored
The information is stored in a database within the EU/EEA. Our data processors are the providers of database, hosting and email delivery, all bound by data processing agreements.
How long we keep the information
Cancelled, declined and expired requests are automatically deleted no later than 12 months after they were closed. Completed appointments are deleted no later than 12 months after the visit. Clinical records at the clinic follow separate statutory rules and are not covered by this website.
Cookies
The website uses no analytics or tracking tools of its own. We set a functional cookie for language choice and a login cookie for clinic staff in the admin panel. The contact and home pages additionally show an embedded Google map. See the section below.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your information. Use the link in your confirmation email to view or cancel your request, or contact us at post@bolertannhelse.no and we will help you. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Google Maps
The contact and home pages show an embedded map from Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which then receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. This is necessary for the map to display. Use of Google Maps is subject to Google's privacy policy. If you prefer to avoid this, you can choose not to open the pages with the map, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
